The customer is responsible for ensuring that the drawings, dimensions, specifications, quantities, and other product requirements submitted are accurate, complete, and suitable for their intended use.
Before commencing production, both parties may confirm product specifications, quantities, prices, and other order terms.
After the customer confirms the relevant specifications, any additional costs, delays, or re-production requirements incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer or subsequent changes in requirements will be handled according to the order agreement confirmed by both parties.
- Intellectual Property and Specific Ownership
3.1 Our Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the text, trademarks, brand names, website content, images, page structure, and other content created or owned by our company on the R G H RUBBER AND PLASTICS LIMITED website belong to R G H RUBBER AND PLASTICS LIMITED or the relevant rights holders.
Without written permission, no individual or enterprise may copy, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or otherwise commercially use the intellectual property rights belonging to our company.
3.2 Customer-Provided Information

3.3 Ownership of Customized Products and Related Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, the exclusive product information provided by the customer and its original intellectual property rights belong to the customer or the original rights holder; R G H RUBBER AND PLASTICS LIMITED retains the rights corresponding to its own production processes, general manufacturing experience, general product knowledge, and existing technical information.
Both parties shall act in accordance with the ownership of rights clearly stipulated in the order, quotation, or written agreement.
- Quotation and Payment Terms
Product prices are determined based on product specifications, dimensions, quantity, customization requirements, and specific order details.
After the customer confirms the order, payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms stipulated in the quotation, order confirmation, or written agreement between both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties, the quotation shall not be considered valid indefinitely. Product prices may be adjusted due to changes in specifications, quantity, or order requirements.
- Billing Terms – One-Time Sale
Customized rubber sealing parts involved in this website and related orders are one-time sales.
The fees paid by the customer correspond to the specific products, quantities, and related services in the confirmed order and do not constitute automatic renewal, membership subscription, recurring charges, or continuous payment plans.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by both parties, we will not automatically charge the customer subsequent recurring fees for a single order payment.
If the customer needs to purchase products again in the future, it should be purchased and billed separately based on new orders, quotations, or commercial terms confirmed by both parties.
- Order Confirmation
Orders will only proceed to the appropriate processing stage after both parties confirm the product specifications, quantity, price, and payment terms.
For customized products, we will produce according to the confirmed specifications after the customer confirms the order.
If the order involves special specifications or customized information provided by the customer, we may request the customer to further confirm relevant information before production.
- Acceptable Use
Customers may use the purchased rubber seals for legitimate industrial, commercial, equipment maintenance, machinery assembly, or other purposes consistent with product specifications.
